Below are our current vacancies for paid roles in the St Paul’s staff team

Church Administrator

Do you enjoy organising and communicating? Are you good with people ? Do you want to be a part of a growing church and fun staff team? Are you good at planning ahead, supporting others and have a passion for mission and ministry in the church? Are you someone with administrative and communications gifts and skills?

We are looking for someone to join the staff team to support the various different church ministries with administration and communications functions.

Assistant Church Leader

As part of the growth of the Church, the PCC have identified the need for a part-time paid assistant leader in the life of the Church. To support church leadership in administration, pastoral outreach and programme delivery.

Youth Pastor

We are looking for someone to lead our fantastic team of committed volunteers in discipling and building community amongst our 10-18 year olds. This role could be part-time (minimum 3 days a week) or full-time, depending on the candidate and their skills.

Children’s Pastor

We are looking for someone to work closely with our committed Children’s Ministry volunteers to oversee the discipleship of our 0-10 year olds and deliver key outreach such as our annual Holiday Club. This role is a part-time role with flexible options between 1.5 and 3 days a week, depending on the candidate and their skills.

Church Treasurer

We are looking for someone to be our new treasurer - keeping the church accounts, organising payment of bills, and other tasks on behalf of the PCC - as the wonderful Amanda prepares to step down from the role at the end of the year.

No specific qualifications are necessary, but some experience in bookkeeping is needed. The weekly time commitment is roughly 4 hours per week, and it’s helpful for you to be able to attend as many of the PCC meetings as possible; usually 5 times a year.
